Pecan Pie Preparation
- Heat oven to 300 degrees
- Remove lid. Microwave or 1 minute.
- Pour contents into a large mixing bowl
- Into the jar add 4 Tablespoons butter, microwave 30 seconds until melted
- Blend eggs with the butter in jar using a fork: 4 large eggs for one 10" deep dish pie or 5 large eggs for two small 9" pies.
- Empty jar into bowl and mix well with pie filling
- Bake one 10" Deep Dish Pie for 1 hour and 5 minutes
- Bake 2 9" pies for 50 minutes
- Cool and dive into this delicious goodness!
